Yes. Each individual piece comes from one donor. Hair from multiple donors is never mixed.
Our sourcing currently spans selected origins in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Madagascar and Brasil, depending on the natural characteristics of the hair.
Yes. Human hair naturally varies in texture, density, length, colour and movement. Because each WILLAÏA piece comes from one donor, every selection has its own characteristics.

Once a piece has been purchased, it will not be reproduced or restocked.
WILLAÏA continuously curates new selections, with a new selection introduced each month. Announcements are shared privately through email and WILLAÏA's professional WhatsApp.
Because no two pieces are identical. Pricing reflects the individual characteristics of each piece, including its length, weight, density, texture and rarity.

Yes. You may purchase the hair in its original bulk form.
Yes. The full selected piece is used for the requested transformation.
If the selected piece does not contain sufficient weight for your desired result, an additional piece must be purchased.
Yes. Contact the atelier with your request and we will assess whether it can be created.
Handmade transformations require a minimum of two weeks. More complex requests may require additional time.

Private installations of WILLAÏA hair extensions take place in our Paris studio.
Installations are reserved for clients who have purchased their hair through WILLAÏA, whether recently or in the past.
Yes. A consultation is required before every installation.
Installation pricing is available on the website. Appointments are arranged by phone following consultation.
