For bespoke requests, we discuss the appropriate extension method and the quantity of hair to be transformed. You may choose to preserve the entire piece, transform it completely or retain a portion in its original loose form.

Following our consultation, a personalised quotation is prepared for your review.

Your proposal will detail the price of your selected hair piece, any requested bespoke transformation, applicable additional charges and the estimated preparation timeline.

Only once you have reviewed and accepted the proposal will we proceed according to the agreed acquisition and payment terms.

Following confirmation, your selected piece is carefully prepared in its original form or entrusted to our Atelier for bespoke transformation.

Pieces acquired in their original loose form are dispatched within the following working days.

Handcrafted extensions require an estimated 1 to 3 weeks of preparation, depending on the selected method and individual requirements.

Once completed, your acquisition is carefully prepared for dispatch, with delivery arrangements confirmed according to your destination.
