  • Single donor means that an entire WILLAÏA piece comes from one individual. No hair from different donors is mixed together. This preserves the donor's unique combination of texture, density, colour and natural movement, making every piece genuinely one of one.

  • Yes, because the donor hair is 100% unprocessed, it can be colored professionally (lifted or lightened).

    Therefore, we strongly recommend working with an experienced stylist to preserve the good health of the hair.

  • No artificial patterns here. The texture you receive is natural, therefore it may slightly loosen with wear, but it will return when washed and air-dried.

  • minimal shedding is normal for any hair extensions. However, due to intact cuticles and proper alignment, our raw hair is significantly less prone to tangling and matting compared to its processed alternatives.

  • No, and that’s the point. Each bundle reflects the individuality of its donor. This creates a more natural, lived-in finish when installed.

  • Bulk if you prefer in-house prep, and want to mix textures and color. Hand-bonded if you want pro-prepped K-Tips to spec.

  • Willaia donor hair are known for being a superior, quality product. With proper at home care and maintenance, they can last anywhere from 8 months to a year, even when wearing them daily.

  • Yes, if that is the type of service you wish to offer. The hair can always be removed and re-encapsulated. Factor in time/labor; it’s not always a money saver.
